Nestled within the iconic Silo Ridge Field Club — an 800-acre Discovery Land Company community celebrated for its world-class golf, equestrian amenities, and Hudson Valley landscapes — this guest wing addition reimagines the residential experience with refined simplicity and contextual sensitivity.
Frisenda Architects collaborated with Stoneleaf Construction and Damon Liss Design to seamlessly integrate new living spaces into an established residence located in Amenia, NY. The project responds to the Client’s desire for enhanced functionality and elevated hospitality within the community’s relaxed, country-club ethos.
Set against pastoral views and rolling greens, the design draws on regional vernacular influences while ensuring modern comfort and craft. Thoughtful spatial planning and material choices reinforce the connection between interior and landscape, allowing residents and guests alike to fully engage with the serene rhythms of Hudson Valley living — from early morning golf rounds to late-day gatherings overlooking the course.
