Making room for the next generation, this family's Lake House was primed for an expansion. Located on a small lake in Millerton, NY, this site has served as a quaint retreat where the family can unplug (partly due to no wifi, or television) and enjoy the outdoors. The existing home included a large space at the front of the home with sweeping views towards the lake. The new addition tripled the size of the home to fit their ever growing family. The design emphasizes large gathering spaces, connection to the lake and smaller spaces to rest and relax.
