   If Your Plan Is Not Listed:

This office will bill any insurance plan for services rendered to you.

Virtually all insurance plans require the patient to pay some out of pocket expenses for your health care even when the provider is  participating with the plan. You can still be treated here but you would incur more out of pocket expenses.

This burden can be minimized:

1.If you have an Indemnity Policy

2.If you have an "Out of Network" rider

3.If you have a significant deductible, then that deductible can be applied to this office.

4.Knowing that your choice of the right surgeon will minimize your expenses and disability in the long run.
